Loughborough Town Deal received £16.9m from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
This delivered 11 projects to boost skills, regenerate the town, and support the visitor economy.
It also unlocked further investment totalling £40m.

1284 was commissioned to develop a briefing event which would update local dignitaries, political, and business leaders on progress made to date.
We worked with council communications officers to arrange an event at Sport Park, which was well-received by stakeholders ranging from delegates to the Town Deal Board.
Business Minister Kevin Hollinrake MP appeared live by video.
The council’s in-house comms team was supported with event planning and communications around venue, press releases, compilation of guest lists, interviewees at the event, copywriting for banners and leaflets, and more.
