Worth-It

Positioning an inclusion expert for new SEND funding

SITUATION.

Worth-it Positive Education CIC helps schools and trusts improve children and young people’s wellbeing through early intervention and whole-school practice.

After securing social investment for digital marketing, Worth-it needed its consultancy pages to speak directly to new inclusion strategy expectations and the government’s Inclusive Mainstream Fund.

INTERVENTION.

Worth-it needed to improve its digital marketing to support the launch of a new service and generate leads. It commissioned 1284 to write an application to the Social Investment Business for inclusion on its Enterprise Development Programme.

We interviewed Worth-It leaders, gathered information, and wrote applications for two stages of the application process. Both were successful and Worth-It was awarded £30,000 of expert marketing support. It resulted in an SEO audit, user journey overhaul, new analytics and data capture, trebling leads and bringing in new national and international business.

Building on this, Worth-it then asked 1284 to deliver a fast, strategic refresh of two key webpages: its consultancy offer for schools and trusts, and supporting content that speaks directly to new inclusion strategy and wellbeing funding requirements.

In under a month, we:

  • Reframed the consultancy page around “inclusion strategy” and reducing barriers to learning, in line with new Ofsted EIF and DfE expectations.
  • Wove in live case studies and programmes (such as multi-academy trust projects and international workforce training) to evidence impact without overwhelming users.
  • Structured headings, copy and internal links to improve SEO for terms school and MAT leaders are actually searching for, and to guide them towards clear next steps.
