1284 Communications has published its new company video.

The video - which features on the landing page of the Loughborough-based PR consultancy's website - depicts how the 1284 ethos combines technology with human experience.

This aligns with the company's focus on East Midlands small business innovation, its ISO 9001 status, and its work with Innovate UK on integrating innovative digital strategies while authentic, human consultancy for its clients.

The video was edited by Leicester-based Rendah Films, based on footage captured by long-time 1284 associate Beth Walsh Photography.

Filmed in Loughborough University's incubator space, it looks back to the origins of 1284 from when it was founded in 2020.

It features all of the current 1284 Communications team - including recent recruit Emma Oliver.

1284 Communications Managing Director, George Oliver, said: "The purpose of the video was to summarise how 1284 and its associates combine technology with deep industry experience.

"We also wanted it to show 1284’s commitment to transparency and frank advice - as well as our views on vanity metrics.

"As such, viewers see representations of our work telling the story of accelerator programmes, promoting economic development in the East Midlands, and collaborating with community organisations."

The video also establishes the agile, newsroom-style approach of 1284, which focuses on impactful storytelling for Midlands organisations looking to achieve meaningful change.
