1284 Communications has expanded its network of trusted expert associates - with the addition of three new specialists.

The move further strengthens the consultancy’s ability to deliver integrated, high-impact client projects.

Andy Gundelach, Faresh Masiuria, and Tom Willday bring extensive additional expertise across video and film production, business developments, and printing.

Their arrival is the latest development in the formalised approved-supplier model introduced by 1284 as part of its ISO 9001 certification last year. The associate model gives clients full transparency over who will be working with 1284 to deliver high-quality approach project delivery.

The trio join 1284’s group of long-standing partners, each of whom brings deep specialist experience industry and can be subcontracted by 1284 to bring particular skills into custom client projects.

All associates within the network have worked with 1284 across a wide range of projects, spanning digital marketing, AI implementation, brand development, and business growth initiatives.

George Oliver, Managing Director of 1284 Communications, said: “We work closely with our associates and they align strongly with our values of agility, diligence, curiosity, and authenticity. Their expertise allows us to offer a more complete, end-to-end service for our clients.

“By expanding our associate network, we’re giving clients direct access to a wider pool of specialist knowledge, ensuring we can continue to deliver transparent, innovative, effective solutions to increasingly complex challenges.”

Each new associate has been selected for their ability to bring specialist skills that enhance and extend 1284’s in-house capabilities:

  • Andy Gundelach, Founder and Creative Director of  Created by TEN, and Film Leicester CIC. An award-winning filmmaker and storyteller, he helps organisations communicate more clearly through cinematic, human-centred content.
